Cast Update

T-shirts

•  If you pre-ordered PLEASE PAY on Sat. Feb 25.  $6 each.
• If you still want a shirt, we did order a limited number of extras.  First to pay will have one reserved.
• Shirts are schedule to be available Sat Mar 3.

TICKETS

• You can purchase tickets at rehearsal between 11am and 1 pm on Sat. 
• We need every cast member to be responsible to bring at LEAST 7 people to see the show!  Especially the FIRST weekend!  Don’t let seats go empty… We want a full house every show.

SNACK BAR

• Sat Sept 25 there will be limited snacks for sell.  Please be prepared for your snacks by either bringing your own or bring money.  It is not ok for teens and children to leave the building to run across the street for food.

BLOG

• Everything you need to know is on the blog!!!! Go there and find your costume info, song info, choreography, latest info on any changes, etc.  You may even find a picture of yourself!!  It is Sooooo easy.  Just do it!  hbshows.blogspot.com

TEENS and CHILDREN

• Your parents who are not in the show need to contact either Melissa Peterson 714-962-3558 or Tina Rabideau 949-922-6333 ASAP to sign up for backstage help.  With so many in the cast, 8 performances and 3 big rehearsals we NEED their help.  CALL US, don’t make us call you. :)

PROBLEM…

• There are casts members making poor choices at rehearsals.   THIS IS NOT OK.  Remember, be KIND, be QUIET, have FUN.  If anyone is finding being in a show is not for them, please let us know and drop, so we can move forward.  Everyone will be happier when everyone is happy J
• CLEAN up every time you see trash, pick it up
• Treat the costumes, the building, the stage, the curtains, the carpet, the props, the equipment and electronics with respect

SAFETY

• The stage is built.  It is made of wood, there are screws, staples, and splinters in unexpected places.  YOU MUST WEAR SHOES (not flip flops) at rehearsal
• Use the stairs to exit the stage
• Everyone – be on the stage ONLY when a director or choreographers has asked you to be there
